Erin Swartz RD, LDN

Registered Dietitian

Erin’s love of food began at a young age in the kitchen with her mother and grandmother.  To this day it is still her happy place and where you will find her most often. She pursued a degree in Nutritional Sciences as a result of her own struggles with disordered eating. Erin has over 20 years experience as a dietitian in hospital and Eating Disorder Residential Programs in all levels of care. She is passionate about collaborating with clients on their personal goals towards wellness and finding creative ways to help them achieve goals that result in long lasting change and desired outcomes. Her mission is to take the fear away from food by helping clients de-program from diet culture and changing the perception that food is the enemy or that a human’s worth is valued by the number on a scale. Her anti-diet approach and intuitive eating philosophy allow clients to continue to eat the foods they love and remove the morality from food while elevating their understanding of nutrition, self-acceptance, self-compassion and overall quality of life.

When not working, you will find Erin in the kitchen teaching her sons a new recipe, spending time with friends, reading as many books as possible, practicing yoga or learning a new home improvement skill.

Erin offers evening and weekend appointments both virtually and in person.
