Lily’s journey has always been driven by a deep-rooted passion for nutrition, wellness, and compassionate care. Her professional focus blends clinical expertise with a client-centered approach, supporting individuals through every stage of life – from newborns to adults – with thoughtful, evidence-based nutrition care. With hands-on experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, Lily specializes in eating disorder care, pediatric nutrition, weight management, and women’s health, offering individualized care informed by therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). 

Lily has worked in hospital and research environments, contributing to multidisciplinary teams at Arkansas Children’s Hospital and leading early childhood nutrition research at the Arkansas Children’s Research Institute. She is skilled in navigating complex medical cases, developing specialized meal plans, and supporting patients with disordered eating, chronic illness, weight loss/gain, etc. Her professional philosophy is rooted in HAES (Health at Every Size), intuitive eating, and a holistic view of health that includes both the body and mind. 

Outside of work, Lily finds joy in testing new recipes, spending time with her two dogs, Molly and Margot, catching a workout, and finding the newest happy hour places with friends. 

Lily currently works fully remote, with availability some evenings and weekends..
